Whether your business is tiny or titanic...
If your business success depends on extraordinary people, you cannot duplicate it. Inevitably you will have problems if your results depend on specific extraordinary people.
To build a great business, you must rely on result- producing SYSTEMS, not on extraordinary people. Why? Because you can duplicate SYSTEMS, but not extraordinary people. Your business must be able to duplicate salable results. Otherwise, your business won't survive.
Duplication is Nature's Law of Survival.
Extraordinary people don't build great businesses because it's impossible to produce consistent results with extraordinary people. (Typically, when you create a team of "all-stars," you get mediocre results. Why? Your team members struggle to be the BIGGEST star.
Instead, they should use a proven, result-producing SYSTEM!
