Agreements, procedures, and a code of ethics that allows integrity to prevail. Without integrity nothing really works at best, progress slows and mediocrity results.

Success is not the key to happiness. Serving others who are serving others is the key to success and happiness.

Private. Bright and orderly with many books and operations manuals. Latin jazz and flamenco guitar in the background. Frig, microwave, nutritional products.

Write more business books for the consumer market. Deliver inspiring workshops. Finish new book, "Out of Flatland." A spiritual journey based on my 3+year travel/study sabbatical around the US.
